About the Presenter
Maura Lee, director of client enablement at hc1 has over 20 years of software training and teaching experience and joined hc1 in 2014. Maura's responsibilities include delivering and overseeing customer training, internal training, and education initiatives. She also develops, administers, and evaluates client-centric training and manages the Learning Management System at hc1.
