Quest Diagnostics, in partnership with hc1, aims to improve patient care and reduce costs across health systems nationwide by enabling Lab Stewardship programs. By combining professional advisory services with innovative technology, Quest Lab Stewardship powered by hc1 delivers real-time lab utilization insights necessary to progress and support at-scale optimization of laboratory testing. Through this partnership, four stages of progression have been defined to help health systems understand where their Lab Stewardship programs have an opportunity to improve. During this time, the speakers will provide a thorough definition of each stage and tactical ways to continuously improve and progress Lab Stewardship programs.

About the Presenters:

Donna Cooper, MS MBA, is focused on helping hospital systems set and achieve their test ordering optimization goals through Laboratory Stewardship. She is the Director of Product Solutions for the Professional Laboratory Services Division of Quest Diagnostics. Prior to Quest, Donna worked at Cleveland Clinic as the Manager of Laboratory Client Services and Lab Stewardship, where she led an initiative to centralize and standardize the procedure for notifying caregivers of critical and urgent laboratory result values. Donna also worked at ARUP laboratories as the Manager of Marketing Analytics, overseeing the delivery of the ATOP report.

Zach Berg, is based in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and five kids, Zach has been spent 14 years in solution consulting with eight of those most recently in the lab space focusing on physician relationships and ordering patterns. Zach is a strong customer advocate and expert at translating customer needs into technical solution concepts. In his current role, Zach works directly with partners and their customers to drive solution adoption and growth.
